I am Prof. Dr. Sujoy Biswas. I am currently serving as the Director & CEO of Techno India University and Techno India Group. I have been serving here for last 12 years. 

 

After completing my schooling at South Point High School, I did B.Tech in  Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University, M.Tech from Techno India Group, and Ph.D. in Engineering from Sri Satya Sai University of Technology & Medical Sciences, Bhopal. 

 

I secured a First Class First position in MBA Examination from IISWBM under Calcutta University and was a Gold Medal recipient. 

 

Guiding the young minds full of potential has always been something I truly enjoy. This is the reason I mentor the Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Management Departments of all the institutions of the Group. 

 

I am an active member of the Doctoral Research Committee and Guide and Co-Guide of several Ph.D. Scholars. 

 

I am a Chartered Engineer and Real Estate Valuer, empanelled with the major nationalized and private banks of the country. 

 

I began my career with the largest Steel Plant Consultancy in the World, M.N.Dastur & Company Pvt. Ltd, after which I served another renowned company - DSQ Software Ltd. 

 

I also headed West Bengal Police Computerisation. I am a member of several Chambers of Commerce which include ASSOCHAM, BNCCI, ICC and IACC. I serve as an Executive Committee member for the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce( IACC).

 

I have always felt that the words have immense power in them and they are truly capable of changing lives. It is because of the mentoring opportunities that I got the chance to discover my knack towards motivating others through words for their self-improvements. 

 

I am also anchor and director of one of the most popular and unique celebrity shows "Joyer Pathey Sange Sujoy", and news show “Korona Kahini Sange Sujoy” on  High News Channel. 

 

My love for music has brought me to be the lead singer of the popular musical band “TROYEE”. 

 

I am a patron of the NGO "SRIJON SABHA" which supports children with autism and special children.
